Your cozy treehouse cabin awaits.

THE PROPERTY

The treehouse cabin (and our home) is on three forested acres in King’s Valley, Oregon. It’s a beautifully secluded location with views to the east and hiking trails nearby. We are incredibly fortunate to live in the Willamette Valley, which is full of amazing farms, restaurants, wineries, breweries and top-notch rural charm.

CABIN: Rob built the cabin and has over 20 years home building experience. The structure is built between three fir trees, using engineered steel treehouse supports. The supports are designed to move with the trees and not limit their growth. The custom studio interior features a very comfy queen-size bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, along with a private bathroom. A wrap-around deck allows you to view all angles of the property and enjoy eastern forest views (and stunning sunrises) from the back porch.

LOCALE: The cabin is in a convenient location to many areas. To the south of us is Philomath (20 mins), Corvallis (25 mins), Albany (30 mins), and Eugene (1 hr+). To the north, Monmouth and Independence (20 mins), Salem (45 mins NE), and McMinnville (50 mins). The coast is 50 mins to the west and PDX is 1 hr 25 mins to the NE.

WILDLIFE: While the property is safe, it is a forest so we encourage guests to be aware when out and about. You are bound to see wild turkey, deer, rabbit, squirrels, various birds and cattle on the drive in. If you’re lucky, you might spot a herd of elk. There has been the occasional predator (cougars and bears), but sightings are rare.

* Please note we have two lovable guard dogs (Bodi & Gunnar) but they do not have access to the treehouse property. They may bark a few greetings to you when you arrive but will settle down. You may also see our sweet kitty, Valkyrie – the true hostess of the cabin. Please note she is not allowed inside. The cabin is completely pet-free so there are no allergen issues.
